“Country Queers: Lessons from a Decade of Documenting Rural LGBTQIA2S+ Histories” In this presentation, Rae Garringer will talk about the origins and history of the Country Queers project, share photos made along the way, audio excerpts from oral history interviews, and read from there Country Queers: A Love Letter.

In conversation with Carter Sickels about rural queer and trans storytelling and representation across a variety of mediums: fiction, creative non-fiction, oral history, podcast, film, and print. More info here.
